Summary

3D Front Panel Design for an Electronic Instrument (Arbitrary Waveform Generator) We are looking for a designer to create a professional 3D design/rendering of the front panel for an electronic instrument (an Arbitrary Waveform Generator). Reference Files The following files are attached: • layout.png – Contains the proposed front-panel layout, including the required components & dimensions and other instructions. • examples.zip – Contains images of a couple of commercially available instruments for design/reference purposes. • enclosure.png – Shows the actual enclosure/casing into which the front panel will be fitted. • logos.zip – company logo to be used in the design. The existing layout can be modified if necessary to improve the overall design, usability, or appearance. However, please try to preserve the existing component groupings as much as reasonably possible. Expected Deliverables A). 3D Front Panel Design / Rendering • A high-quality 3D design/rendering of the complete front panel. • Include all buttons, connectors, displays, labels, and other visible elements. B). Front Panel Design for Manufacturing • A separate 3D model of the front panel without buttons, connectors, or other removable components. • This model will be used to generate CAD drawings for manufacturing the panel using CNC machining. C). 3D Designs of Buttons • Separate 3D designs/models for each type of button used on the front panel. • These models will be used to generate CAD drawings for manufacturing the buttons. D). Labels, Text & Symbols • Design files for all labels, text, icons, and other symbols that will be printed on the panel and buttons. • These files will be used for screen printing. Additional Requirements 1. Color scheme o The color scheme shown in the reference layout does not need to be followed exactly. o The current color scheme looks somewhat dull, so we are open to a more modern and professional appearance. 2. Additional SMA Connectors o Please include 4 additional SMA connectors for each channel, as shown in the attached reference image. o The SMA connectors should be labeled: - Digital In - Analog In - Sync In - Sync Out 3. If the display screen needs to be re-positioned as part of the design, please ensure there is at least 11 mm of clearance between the bottom edge of the display and the bottom edge of the front panel.
