UX/UI designer to bring website mockup and prototype to life

I already hired a website builder and am stuck with their graphics and vision. So i just need a new vibe. They can build the website once the graphics are solid. Currently my website is very generic and doesn't reflect the luxury and high networth of the clientele we service. I am boutique, luxury travel agency. I'm looking for a re-brand, exciting, fresh, very luxury feeling look. Would prefer editorial feel that provides the vision of an exclusive, experienced, and very "in the know" vibe. I would like it to exude emotion in terms of the visual images. In the world of AI i think a website that reflects the human touch in terms of planning a trip, big or small is the message I would like to convey. Would like a "less is more" approach and feel its more of a business card than a functional website that needs a lot of tabs. Basic who we are, what we do, how to reach us... we will be adding a self booking feature to the website but thats already handled. Definitely would like a vision that feels like a brand that we can move forward with and incorporate into Social media visions. A unified look and feel. Good font that feels appropriate and classy.
