eBay Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist

We are a growing tech resale company looking for a reliable, fast, and detail-oriented eBay Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist to handle buying and inventory sourcing. This role is focused strictly on sourcing and purchasing inventory from eBay during our buying windows. You must be decisive, analytical, and comfortable moving quickly when good deals appear. We are looking for someone long-term who understands margins and treats purchasing decisions seriously. Schedule (Required Availability): -Monday–Friday: 7:00AM – 4:00PM EST -Saturday & Sunday: 4 hours per day (flexible within EST time zone) -You must be consistently available during these hours. Responsibilities: -Source profitable inventory on eBay -Analyze listings for condition, pricing, seller reputation, and resale viability -Follow our margin and purchasing guidelines -Act quickly on strong deals -Submit purchase links for approval or complete purchases (depending on access level) -Track all purchases accurately in our system -Communicate clearly during your shift Requirements: -Comfortable in fast paced environments -Flexible with Hours -Fast decision-making skills -High attention to detail -Excellent English communication -Reliable internet and consistent availability during required hours Ideal Candidate: -Has worked with resellers or eCommerce businesses -Understands ROI, margins, and risk assessment -Is proactive and doesn’t need micromanagement -Can handle purchasing responsibility independently Compensation: -Hourly or performance-based (to be discussed) -Bonus opportunities tied to purchasing performance and profitability
