eBay Seller Account Verification & Restriction Specialist Needed

We are looking for an experienced eBay specialist to help resolve a verification/restriction issue with our business seller account. The account belongs to a legitimate EU-registered company. We submitted company/identity documents, but the account was restricted during the verification process. We have contacted eBay several times but have mainly received generic responses and still do not have clear instructions on what exactly needs to be provided.
