eBay & Shopify Specialist: HTML Product Creation & Listing

We are looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Product Listing Specialist to help us upload, format, and manage products in our Shopify store and on eBay. This is a computer-based freelance role focused on accurate data entry and clean product page creation. All work, communication, and payments will be handled through Upwork. Scope of Work Your main responsibilities will include: Shopify Product Uploads: Enter product titles, descriptions, images, prices, variants, categories, tags, and collections based on the product data and guidelines we provide in Google Sheets. eBay Listing Creation: Create listings using provided product information and HTML templates. Ensure correct formatting, item specifics, and proper category selection. Quality Control: Review all listings for missing information, correct pricing, and consistent formatting before publishing. Bulk Uploads: Assist with preparing CSV and Excel files for bulk product uploads when required. Updates: Update existing product information as needed according to our standard operating procedures. We will provide product data, images, pricing, category structure, HTML templates, and clear step-by-step instructions. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience with Shopify product listing and store management Experience creating eBay listings, including basic HTML formatting Strong data entry and typing accuracy Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good written English communication Ability to meet daily targets and deadlines Nice to Have Experience with Shopify bulk CSV uploads Basic image optimization and resizing Knowledge of SEO-friendly titles and product categorization What to Include in Your Proposal Please include the following in your application: A brief summary of your Shopify and eBay listing experience Examples of similar product listing projects you have completed Your average number of listings you can complete per day while maintaining accuracy The tools and software you are experienced with This is a professional freelance contract with potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.
