Summary

I’m looking for an eQuest model for a roughly 49,000 sq ft building. The front portion is existing and being converted into residential apartments, while the rear portion is a large new construction addition, also residential. I can provide a PDF and CAD file, along with insulation assumptions, window assumptions, and HVAC performance assumptions. The ideal freelancer should be able to create an accurate energy model based on these inputs and support the project through the modeling process.
