We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Technical Lead or established development team to take ownership of our broader technical ecosystem—including websites, mobile applications, backend systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure. The primary objective is to audit, consolidate, modernize, and manage our existing technology landscape under one secure, reliable, and well-documented infrastructure environment, such as AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, or another recommended platform. We are looking for one accountable technical partner who can assess existing systems before making rebuild recommendations, improve what is worth keeping, and provide long-term technical ownership. The platforms serve healthcare, education, community, and nonprofit initiatives, so security, reliability, scalability, usability, and maintainability are critical. OnDemandPsych is a key priority.
