iOS Developer for Research App

Looking for an experienced iOS developer to build an iOS app for a university-based research pilot study on family caregivers (iPhone only, native Swift/SwiftUI preferred). Users check in a few times a week over four weeks with a short voice recording plus quick taps for mood, stress, and care-recipient behaviors; the app needs a secure, HIPAA-compliant backend to store and export that data safely. The app will be deployed and published under my own Apple Developer account, with full ownership retained by me. UI mockups and screen designs are ready to share (see attached mockups). Looking for experience with native iOS development, secure health-data backends, and ideally prior work on research or clinical apps.
