iOS SwiftUI / WidgetKit Developer for Lock Screen App

Looking for an experienced native iOS developer to build a small consumer app centred on an iPhone Lock Screen widget. Strong experience with Swift, SwiftUI and WidgetKit is essential, ideally including shipped Lock Screen widgets. The widget will display short educational concepts and rotate them throughout the day. Tapping a concept opens its expanded entry in a deliberately minimal companion app, which also includes Recent and Saved concepts. The first prototype will use around 50 concepts supplied by me as structured local content. No backend, accounts, AI, payments, notifications, Android or complex onboarding are required at this stage. The prototype should be built as clean, production-quality foundations that can later become the commercial app, with the content/data layer kept separate from the iOS presentation layer. Please be able to advise on WidgetKit refresh/timeline limitations and deep-linking from the Lock Screen. Strong English communication and ability to work independently are important.
