Bókun Expert Needed to Build & Optimize Booking System for Luxury Jamaica Tour Company

We are looking for an experienced Bókun implementation specialist to completely set up and optimize our Bókun account for a growing destination management company in Jamaica. Objectives * Configure Bókun following industry best practices. * Build our product catalog correctly. * Configure pricing catalogs, seasonal pricing, and private tour pricing. * Set up availability calendars. * Configure pickup locations and schedules. * Set up booking questions and waivers. * Configure taxes, currencies, and payment settings. * Connect and optimize Viator. * Prepare for GetYourGuide and other OTA integrations. * Integrate Bókun with our WordPress website. * Configure booking widgets. * Configure email confirmations and vouchers. * Configure agent and reseller rates. * Review our current products and recommend improvements. * Optimize our account to maximize OTA ranking and conversion. * Ensure all products synchronize correctly across channels. * Provide documentation and a recorded walkthrough after completion. Our Goal Build one of Jamaica’s leading tour booking systems that can scale to hundreds of bookings per month while providing an excellent customer experience. Experience with tourism businesses, DMCs, Viator, WordPress, SEO, and channel management is highly preferred. One thing I would add I’d also ask them to include: * A 60–90 minute Zoom training session. * A complete Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document. * 30 days of post-launch support. That way you’re not dependent on them after the project is complete. From everything we’ve worked on together, I would expect this project to take 20–40 hours if done thoroughly. Anyone promising to “fully optimize” Bókun in just a few hours is likely only doing a basic setup rather than building a scalable system.
