I’m looking for a strong fashion designer to work with me

Hi, I'm founder of ARMONÉ brand I’m currently looking for a strong fashion designer to work with me on developing the brand and its first collections. ARMONE is built around a young European luxury lifestyle — the feeling of being in Saint-Tropez, Mykonos, Monaco, Ibiza, Cannes, Amalfi, Paris or Dubai. The person wearing ARMONE is young, stylish, wealthy and fashion-forward — roughly 16–30 years old. Think of a young guy from a yacht in Saint-Tropez: relaxed, confident, attractive, social and effortlessly fashionable. He can spend the day on a yacht, go to dinner in the evening and then go to a club — and ARMONE should fit all of these environments. The main feeling I want the brand to create is: luxury + freedom + summer + youth + fashion + nightlife. I don’t want ARMONE to look like traditional streetwear, tourist/resort clothing or a brand that relies on huge logos to communicate status. I want the clothing itself to feel expensive through silhouette, fabrics, colors, graphics and details. At the same time, I don’t want the brand to be only “quiet luxury”. I want a strong fashion element as well — clean/classic pieces combined with more expressive graphic pieces. First collection I want to keep the first collection focused: Oversized / relaxed T-shirts Oversized linen shirts Wide linen trousers Linen shorts The linen pieces should remain very clean and understated, with little to no visible branding. Ideally, the ARMONE identity would be subtle — for example, a tonal ARMONE detail around the back neck/collar, together with premium labels and finishing. The T-shirts are where I want more creativity and personality. I already have several designs and physical samples, so I’m not starting completely from zero. I would like to show you what I already have and then see how you would develop and elevate the concept. Visual direction The colors I’m naturally drawn to include: white, black, sky blue, navy, olive, silver and metallic tones. I’m especially interested in luxury lifestyle imagery and references — yachts, European architecture, nightlife, cars, hotels, clubs, Mediterranean summer, etc. But I don’t want these elements to look literal or touristy. They should be translated into a sophisticated, contemporary fashion language. ARMONE will use both: ARMONE — as the main wordmark AM — as a potential monogram/signature I want the brand to eventually have a visual identity strong enough that someone could recognize an ARMONE piece even without seeing the name. What I’m looking for from the designer I’m not looking for someone who simply executes my instructions. I want a designer with their own ideas, taste and creative vision who can understand the world I’m describing and translate it into clothing. I will provide the overall vision, references, existing samples and direction — but I want you to bring your own creativity into the process and help develop the silhouettes, details, graphics, fabrics and overall design language of ARMONE. I’m looking for someone who can think beyond individual T-shirts and help build a real fashion brand with a recognizable identity. I’d love to see your portfolio, especially any work where you were involved in developing a brand or collection from concept through to the final garment/sample.
