macOS Developer and App Store Connect Submission Partner

I build macOS apps and am looking for an ongoing partner to handle development, testing, and the full App Store submission lifecycle across multiple projects. The freelancer will be invited as a developer to my App Store Connect account to manage the development, testing and submission process. All development happens in Xcode using Claude Code or Codex within my own environment and Apple Developer account. Scope of work: Build and refine macOS apps in Xcode using Claude Code or Codex Test builds and resolve issues before submission Review against Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and App Review Guidelines Advise on code signing, notarization, entitlements, and sandboxing Configure App Store Connect listings, screenshots, privacy labels, and TestFlight Submit builds, work through reviewer feedback, and manage version updates How I work: this is hourly. For each project you provide an estimate in hours, we agree on a cap, and you are paid for hours worked as each milestone is completed. Please include your hourly rate in your proposal. Ideal fit has shipped macOS apps specifically, not only iOS, is fluent with Claude Code or Codex in an Xcode workflow, and can explain Apple's requirements clearly. Starting with one app, ongoing work across multiple projects if it goes well.
