3D modeler (3Dsmax only) for architecture modeling

I am looking for an architectural 3D modeler who works in 3D Studio Max. In our studio we often have jobs where we require modeling and we are looking to outsource these on a semi regular basis. Reposting this job because the final drawings were updated. Currently we are looking to get a residential building three D model done it's a three floor modern residential building similar to the one in the attached image we have the floor plans (DWG) the elevation images and an older version of the model in sketchup (to be used only as a reference for heights and some dimensions) We need a nice new clean and organized 3D model based on the latest drawing. Please apply only if you can do the modeling in 3D Studio Max, sadly we cannot accept models done in other software packages. No need to model the trees and vegetation, but need nice landscaping model, grass, paving, kerb, road, pathways. Please apply UV mapping to all objects, and separate the model into layers, keep working with instances as much as possible. . Apply placeholder materials and textures so we can easily verify visually the correct material assignment. I need the model done in the next 3 days (by end of Monday).
