AI Multi-Agent Construction Management System for Owner-Builder I am looking for an experienced AI/automation developer to build a multi-agent AI construction management system for a custom luxury home project in California. The system should act as an AI Owner-Builder/Construction Manager and manage the project from plans through completion. Core AI Agents 1. Manager Agent – coordinates all agents and provides daily project summaries. 2. Plans & Documents Agent – understands architectural, structural, MEP, interior-design and smart-home drawings/specifications, including revisions. 3. Schedule Agent – tracks contractors, milestones, dependencies, inspections and delays. 4. Budget Agent – tracks bids, contracts, invoices, payments, allowances and change orders. 5. Procurement Agent – tracks materials, purchase orders, U.S./international suppliers, lead times, shipping and deliveries. 6. Communication Agent – monitors project emails, identifies action items/deadlines and drafts responses. 7. Quality-Control Agent – analyzes jobsite photos, maintains punch lists and helps compare construction against plans. 8. Permit/Inspection Agent – tracks permits, inspections, corrections and approvals. 9. MEP/Smart-Home Agent – coordinates electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low voltage, cameras, networking, lighting controls, motorized shades and Home Assistant. It must understand which drawing revision is current and provide source references when answering questions about plans. It should automatically identify deadlines, missing decisions, long-lead items, schedule conflicts, budget overruns and potential construction problems. Human approval is required before payments, change orders, contract modifications or important instructions are sent to contractors. Phase 1 Build the core platform and first five agents: Manager + Plans/Documents + Schedule + Budget + Procurement After Phase 1 is working reliably, we will add the remaining agents and more advanced automation.
