AI Multi-Agent System for California Personal Injury & Lemon Law Firm We are looking for an experienced AI automation/agent developer or team to design and implement a multi-agent AI system capable of helping operate a California Personal Injury and Lemon Law practice, covering both pre-litigation and litigation. The goal is not a simple chatbot. We want a secure, scalable system with specialized AI agents handling and coordinating major law-firm workflows, with attorney/staff approval where appropriate. Core Functions * New Client Intake & Case Opening — intake, conflict-check workflow, document collection, case setup, and follow-ups. * Pre-Litigation Case Management — track claims, insurance communications, deadlines, records, bills, liens, demands, negotiations, and case progress. * Medical Treatment Monitoring — track providers, appointments, treatment gaps, records/bills, referrals, and follow up with clients/providers. * Email Agent — monitor incoming emails, classify by case, summarize, create tasks, draft responses, flag urgent matters, and follow up. * Scheduling & Calendar Agent — appointments, depositions, hearings, mediations, medical appointments, statutes/deadlines, reminders, and calendar management. * Litigation Agent — assist with pleadings, discovery, discovery responses, subpoenas, deposition preparation, motions, document review, deadlines, and litigation workflow. * Lemon Law Agent — manage manufacturer/dealer communications, repair records, statutory requirements, demands, litigation documents, and case tracking. * Document Agent — organize and analyze case files and generate/draft correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, and reports from approved templates. * Client Communication Agent — provide case updates, request documents/information, send reminders, and identify matters requiring human attention. * Research Agent — conduct California legal research, find and summarize statutes, regulations, case law, jury instructions, court rules, local rules, legal developments, and case-specific research, with citations and source verification. * Marketing Agent — assist with SEO, website content, social media, Google Business Profile, client reviews, newsletters, referral-source follow-ups, advertising campaigns, lead tracking, content calendars, competitor research, and marketing analytics, subject to attorney advertising and ethics rules. * Management/Supervisor Agent — oversee the other agents, assign tasks, identify overdue items, coordinate workflows, and provide attorneys with a dashboard showing what requires attention. Integrations The system should integrate with our email, calendar, case-management software, cloud/document storage, phone/text systems, website/CRM, marketing platforms, and other law-firm tools where APIs are available. Because this is a law firm, security, confidentiality, audit logs, permissions, human approval controls, source verification, and protection of attorney-client privileged information are critical. We are open to the developer recommending the best architecture and technology stack. We prefer someone who has built production AI agents, multi-agent workflows, legal automation, marketing automation, or sophisticated business process automation rather than basic chatbots.
