n8n Automation Developer — Dental Clinic Appointment System (WhatsApp + Voice AI Integration)

We're building automation infrastructure for a dental clinic vertical product that handles appointment reminders, missed-call recovery, and patient follow-up via WhatsApp, SMS, and AI voice agents. We need an experienced n8n developer to help build, debug, and scale these workflows. What you'll be working on: 1. Building and maintaining n8n workflows that connect WhatsApp Business API, Twilio SMS, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets for dental clinic appointment reminders 2. Implementing multi-state reminder tracking logic (e.g., sent → confirmed → no response) reliably across workflow runs 3. Debugging Custom Request/HTTP nodes, JSON parsing issues, and API response handling 4. Integrating with a VAPI-based voice AI agent for call routing and post-call data logging 5. Ensuring workflows are stable, well-error-handled, and easy to hand off/document Requirements: 1. Proven experience building production n8n workflows (not just tutorials – show us something you've shipped) 2. Strong grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON handling Experience with at least one of: Twilio, WhatsApp Business API/Cloud API, Google Calendar/Sheets API 3. Comfortable debugging flaky third-party API responses and edge cases 4. Clear communicator – async-first, can document what you build Nice to have: 1. Experience with VAPI or other voice AI platforms 2. Familiarity with healthcare/appointment-based businesses 3. Experience self-hosting n8n (Docker/VPS) To apply, please include: 1.
