n8n Developer Needed for AI Voice Agent - Call Handling + Appointment Booking

We want an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls, talks like a human, understands what the caller wants, and books appointments directly into our calendar. The whole thing should run on n8n so we can maintain and extend it ourselves later. Scope 1) Set up the voice layer (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, or Twilio + your preferred stack) and connect it to n8n 2) Build the n8n workflows: intent handling, qualification questions, FAQ answers, & fallback to a human when the agent is stuck 3) Live calendar integration (Google Calendar or Cal.com) with real availability checks, booking, rescheduling & cancellation 4) Confirmation SMS and email after booking 5) Log every call, transcript & outcome into our CRM 6) Deploy on our infrastructure (self hosted n8n), test it properly, and hand over documentation You should have 1) Real experience building and shipping n8n workflows in production, not just tutorials 2) Hands on work with at least one voice AI platform, and you can explain why you picked it 3) Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and prompt design for conversational agents 4) An understanding of latency, interruptions, and what makes a voice agent feel natural instead of robotic 5) Clear communication in English Complete requirements will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
