We’re a high-ticket landscape and outdoor living construction company in Tucson, AZ. We’re hiring one engineer to build the automation backbone for our lead intake, follow-up, scheduling, and marketing reporting. What we’re building • Lead intake from web forms, Gmail, Google Business Profile, and phone into one clean pipeline with source attribution and no duplicates • Sub-2-minute automated first response, 24/7 • Follow-up sequences: unscheduled leads, post-estimate close, and dormant database reactivation • Consult scheduling, reminders, and no-show recovery • Two-platform sync — GoHighLevel for conversations and follow-up, HouseCall Pro for estimates, jobs, and scheduling • Read-only reporting pulling Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Business Profile, call tracking, and CRM into one weekly brief • Draft-generation workflows for SEO/AEO/GEO content and Business Profile posts — humans publish, always Stack n8n (self-hosted or our cloud account), GoHighLevel, HouseCall Pro, Google Ads / GA4 / Search Console / Business Profile APIs, Gmail, and an LLM API for classification and drafting. What we are NOT building — read before bidding We are not buying autonomous AI agents that run our marketing unsupervised. Every public-facing output gets human approval. No autonomous ad spend changes. No AI committing to prices or dates. If your pitch is built around a fully autonomous agent swarm, we’re not a fit. We want reliability, auditability, and clean error handling over cleverness. Requirements • 3+ production automation systems still running, with contactable references • Production n8n or equivalent experience • GoHighLevel build experience, including sync with an outside CRM • Google Ads / GA4 / Search Console / Business Profile API experience • Field-service CRM integration (HouseCall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar) • Production LLM API work with prompt versioning and cost control • Working knowledge of US TCPA / CAN-SPAM rules for SMS and email Terms Fixed price, paid per milestone against written acceptance criteria. Not hourly. We own every account, all code, workflows, and prompts. Nothing runs inside a contractor-controlled agency account. NDA required. 30-day post-launch defect warranty.
