n8n + GoHighLevel Automation Specialist CRM, Lead Management & AI Workflows

We are looking for an experienced n8n Automation Specialist with strong GoHighLevel/HighLevel and CRM integration experience to help us build and optimize automated lead-management and business workflows. We need someone who can take a business process, understand the requirements, design the workflow, build it in n8n, connect the necessary systems, test it thoroughly, and provide a clean handover. This is a hands-on automation role for someone who understands more than basic app-to-app integrations. What You'll Work On Depending on the project, you may work on: n8n workflow automation GoHighLevel CRM and pipeline automation Lead capture, qualification, routing, and follow-up Automated nurture sequences CRM data synchronization Duplicate lead detection and data cleanup Webhooks and REST API integrations Connecting websites, forms, email, ads, and other business tools Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, and Google Workspace integrations AI-powered lead qualification and prioritization OpenAI/LLM integrations and AI agents Customer onboarding and internal business-process automation Notifications, alerts, and automated handoffs Required Experience You should have proven hands-on experience with: n8n GoHighLevel / HighLevel CRM automation Lead management automation REST APIs Webhooks JSON/data transformation Conditional logic Error handling and workflow debugging Strong Plus OpenAI API / LLM integrations AI agents Airtable Notion HubSpot Google Sheets / Google Workspace Marketing and sales automation What We Expect We need someone who can: Understand a business process before building. Design reliable and scalable n8n workflows. Integrate GoHighLevel with other systems. Build custom API/webhook integrations when necessary. Handle duplicates, missing data, and failed API requests. Test workflows and troubleshoot issues independently. Document completed workflows clearly. Communicate effectively and make recommendations when a better solution exists.
