n8n + GoHighLevel AI Automation for Real Estate: 3 AI Agents with Telegram Approval

We are a small real estate agency running our pipeline in GoHighLevel. Leads go cold because nobody reacts fast enough, and managers walk into meetings unprepared. We need a reusable n8n template with three AI agents sitting between GoHighLevel and our managers' Telegram. STACK n8n (self-hosted) + GoHighLevel + Google Calendar + OpenAI + Telegram Bot SCOPE 1) Lead Qualification Agent Trigger: GoHighLevel webhook on new contact / opportunity. AI reads budget, location, property type, timeline and source, scores the lead 0-100 with A/B/C priority, sends a short card to Telegram and writes the score back to GoHighLevel as a custom field and tag. 2) Follow-up Agent Trigger: daily schedule, pulls contacts by tag or pipeline stage with no reply for N days. AI drafts a short personalized follow-up, sends it to Telegram with Approve / Edit / Skip buttons. On Approve it goes out through GoHighLevel and is logged as a note. Nothing reaches a client without a human click. 3) Meeting Brief Agent Trigger: hourly schedule, looks 24 hours ahead. Reads Google Calendar, matches the attendee to the GoHighLevel contact, and sends a short brief to Telegram (who they are, budget, what they want, 3 questions to ask) the evening before and 1 hour before. REQUIREMENTS - All prompts, thresholds, timings and message texts in one Settings node, editable without touching the logic - Retries plus a Telegram alert if an API fails - No custom backend or API development WE PROVIDE Our own credentials (GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Telegram, Google Calendar), sample lead data and our field naming. DELIVERABLES - Importable n8n workflow JSON - Credentials map: which node needs which key and where to paste it - Short setup instructions - 5-10 min screen recording of the flows running on test data - 7 days of support after handover ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA We import the JSON, paste our credentials, and all three flows run end to end without code changes on our side.
