n8n / Make.com Automation Specialist

Need an experienced n8n or Make.com automation specialist to help us clean, organize, and automate data currently stored in Google Sheets. The goal is to take our existing spreadsheets, clean and standardize the data, build a reliable automation workflow, and ensure the processed data is automatically stored in the appropriate destination. What You'll Do Review and understand our existing Google Sheets and data structure Clean, normalize, and standardize the existing data Remove duplicates, incorrect entries, and unnecessary data Create a consistent data structure/schema Build automation workflows using n8n or Make.com Automate data collection, processing, transformation, and storage Connect Google Sheets with the required apps/databases/APIs Add appropriate error handling and safeguards Test the complete workflow and fix any issues Document the automation so we can maintain it after completion Ideal Candidate You should have: Strong experience with n8n and/or Make.com Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets and data cleaning Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data transformation Experience building reliable multi-step automations Strong attention to detail when working with messy or inconsistent data Ability to understand an existing workflow and recommend improvements Deliverables Cleaned and standardized existing spreadsheet data Fully working n8n or Make.com automation Automated data processing and storage workflow Error handling and duplicate prevention Testing of the complete workflow Basic documentation explaining how the automation works To Apply Please include: A brief description of your experience with n8n and/or Make.com 2–3 examples of similar automation projects you've completed Which platform you recommend for this project and why Your estimated timeline Your hourly rate or fixed-price estimate We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the workflow from data cleanup through automation and final storage, rather than simply building individual automation steps.
