Title: Researcher Needed for 2 Confidential Employee/Ex-Employee Interviews (Corporate Due Diligence) We're looking for an experienced researcher to conduct two in-depth interviews with a current or former employee of a specific company, as part of a confidential due diligence project. Scope of Work Identify and approach a suitable respondent — someone with direct knowledge of the company's internal decision-making process, ideally close to senior management or in a key operational role. Conduct a detailed interview covering: How major decisions are made within the company, and who holds the primary decision-making authority. The likely impact on the business if that key decision-maker were to become unavailable (resignation, incapacitation, departure, etc.). How the company's overall organizational structure would be affected in that person's absence — succession planning, delegation of authority, and any single points of failure. Deliverables 2 detailed interview write-ups/summaries, each covering the points above. Requirements Prior experience with expert-network interviews, corporate due diligence, or similar research work. Strong interviewing and rapport-building skills, with the ability to draw out candid, specific insights. Discretion and confidentiality throughout.
