I am looking to engage a high-level, professional Children’s Book Production Specialist or a boutique agency to bring my upcoming children's book project, "Black Butterfly," across the finish line for publication on Amazon KDP.The core visual illustrations are approximately 90% complete and are of an exceptionally high artistic standard. This is a comprehensive, structured contract that requires expertise across three specific operational phases:Text Editing: Reviewing a short children’s story manuscript for grammatical precision and ensuring strict pronoun alignment across all layout spreads.Illustration & Cover Finishing: Modifying minor character details (such as blending a character accent onto the main subject's head), enhancing cover lighting, and ensuring visual background elements flow cohesively across the wrap-around jacket layout. Technical Print-Readiness: Adjusting word/text spacing, calculating precise margins/bleed lines, and delivering the finalized print-ready PDF and optimized Kindle EPUB assets. The consultant will also guide the author through a secure launch configuration on the Amazon KDP portal.All deliverables under this contract constitute a strict Work-for-Hire. The author (Shalisa Crews-McAvoy) retains exclusive, 100% worldwide copyright and commercial title to all source files and artwork assets.Budget: Flat-Rate Milestone Basis (To be negotiated upon review of project brief).Project Status: Ready to launch immediately.
