Summary

We are hosting a breakfast event at Soho House, Stockholm on September 29, 2026 and need one person to support from 7am–9am. Responsibilities include managing guest registration, liaising with the venue on setup, catering, and layout to keep the event on schedule, checking in guests and providing name badges, and serving as the main point of contact for attendee questions. This is a short-term, part-time role for someone who can help ensure the event runs smoothly and guests have a positive experience.
