Custom 3D Design & Printing – Flush Ceiling Sensor Mount I’m looking for someone to design, 3D print and deliver a custom recessed ceiling enclosure for a Shelly Presence Gen4 smart sensor. I’ve attached concept drawings showing the design I’m after. Design requirements: * Round enclosure with a minimalist, matte-white finish. * Ultra-flush installation into a plasterboard ceiling, with only approximately 2–2.5 mm of trim visible. * The original rectangular Shelly sensor must sit securely inside the round enclosure, with its front face as close to flush with the ceiling as possible. * Concealed spring clips or similar mounting system, like a recessed LED downlight. * No visible screws. * Concealed USB-C power cable entry. * Adequate ventilation and unobstructed sensor operation. * Sensor must be removable for future maintenance. Approximate dimensions: * Outer diameter: 100 mm. * Ceiling cutout: 90 mm. * Visible trim: 2–2.5 mm. These dimensions are conceptual and can be adjusted to suit the actual sensor and mounting requirements. Scope of work: 1. Design the enclosure using 3D CAD software. 2. Provide a render for approval before printing. 3. Manufacture and test-fit a prototype. 4. Supply one completed enclosure with mounting clips. 5. Provide the final STL and STEP files for future printing. 6. Package and deliver the finished product to Melbourne. I can provide the manufacturer’s product link, photos and concept drawings. Ideally, you will have access to the actual sensor for accurate measurements, or we can arrange this. I’m looking for a professional finish that looks like a commercially manufactured recessed ceiling sensor. Please include your total price, estimated turnaround time and examples of similar work. If successful, I may require additional units for future smart-home installations.
