Pre-Launch Deployment Project status: 95–97% complete. Remaining work is deployment/config, not new feature development. Engagement type: Short, fixed-scope task. Temporary credentials will be provided for the duration of the work only. Verification: On completion, an automated checklist will confirm each item was done correctly before final sign-off/payment. Scope of Work 1. Environment Variables Configure all backend and frontend environment variables for production: • Backend: MONGODB_URI, JWT_SECRET, FRONTEND_URL, BACKEND_URL, RETELL_API_KEY, Stripe keys • Frontend: VITE_API_URL, VITE_DEMO_EMAIL, VITE_DEMO_PASSWORD, VITE_CONTACT_EMAIL 2. Webhook Registration Register and verify three webhooks with their providers: • Stripe subscription — POST /api/billing/webhook • Stripe waitlist — POST /api/waitlist/webhook • Retell — POST /api/retell/webhook (requires Authorization: Bearer RETELL_API_KEY header) 3. Credential Rotation Rotate/delete the currently leaked MongoDB Atlas user (agenticservices007_db_user) and replace with new credentials. 4. Database Seed Run npm run seed once to provision the first SUPER_ADMIN account and the demo account. 5. Post-Deploy Verification Checklist Confirm the following all pass: • GET /api/health returns production status • Admin login works; old leaked password is rejected • “Live Demo” button logs in with no 401 error • Footer “Privacy” link opens correctly • New registrations land in the ai-receptionist database (not a test DB) • A new signup auto-provisions a Retell agent • Settings → AI Agent voice settings function correctly Operational Notes (for awareness, not blockers) • Always restart production using scripts/restart-production.sh — never pm2 restart all (plain PM2 restarts retain stale env values) • Accounts created via the admin dashboard are not auto-provisioned with a Retell agent — must be provisioned manually afterward • A dev-only esbuild/vite advisory is a known, intentional non-issue (not shipped to production) — no action needed Scope: • DNS / domain configuration • Switching Stripe from test keys to live keys • TLS certificates • Monitoring/alerting setup Deliverable All items above completed and passing the automated verification checklist, with a brief written confirmation of what was changed (e.g., which credentials rotated, webhook endpoint IDs registered).
