Hi, I’m looking for someone to create a detailed 3D model and realistic renders of my house, which I am planning to renovate. I will provide: • Photos of the existing house • A measured floor plan showing the dimensions room layout • Examples and instructions showing the design and style I would like Once the existing house has been modelled, I will provide specific instructions for how I want each part of the property redesigned. I would then like you to update the 3D model to show the proposed finished house. I would like realistic 3D renders showing the proposed design, including both the exterior and relevant internal rooms. The main purpose is not simply to create attractive images. The renders will be used as a visual reference for the builders carrying out the renovation, so they can clearly understand what I want the finished property to look like. Where possible, I would therefore like the final model and renders to clearly show things such as: • Room layouts and proportions • Doors and windows • Walls and structural layout • Kitchen and bathroom layouts • Flooring and wall finishes • Lighting and electrical positions where specified • Fixtures and fittings • Exterior appearance and finishes • Any other renovation details I provide I understand that the 3D model would not replace architectural, structural or construction drawings. Its purpose is to provide the builders with a clear visual representation of the intended finished design. Could you please confirm: 1.
