3D renderings for new development / attic / penthouses

I am looking for an experienced **3D architectural visualization artist or studio** for ongoing residential property development projects in Sweden. We develop high-end residential properties, including **attic conversions, apartment conversions and other residential development projects**, and need photorealistic visualizations for sales and marketing. ### Typical project A typical project could be a large existing raw attic that will be converted into a premium residential apartment. We will normally provide: * DWG files from the architect * PDF floor plans * Sections showing roof slopes, ceiling heights and levels * Elevations where available * Photos of the existing space * Architectural plans showing the proposed apartment layout * Interior design/material references ### Scope of work The selected artist/studio should be able to: 1. Build an **accurate 3D model from our DWG files, plans and sections**. 2. Correctly model important architectural features such as: * Roof slopes and ceiling heights * Existing timber beams * Chimneys * Roof windows and dormers * Columns and structural elements * Walls, openings and doors 3. Create a high-end Scandinavian interior design based on our references. 4. Produce **photorealistic interior visualizations suitable for marketing and apartment sales**. The images should feel like professional Scandinavian real-estate photography rather than obvious CGI or overly stylized AI images. ### Style We are looking for a sophisticated **Scandinavian / Nordic premium residential style** with: * Natural materials * Oak and/or dark wood * Natural stone * Warm neutral colours * High-quality kitchens and bathrooms * Carefully selected Scandinavian furniture * Soft natural daylight * Realistic textures and imperfections * Clean but warm styling For attic projects, existing character such as timber beams, chimneys and roof geometry should be preserved and incorporated into the design. ### Initial test project For the first project, we would like a quotation for: * Complete 3D modelling based on DWG/PDF drawings * Interior design/styling * Approximately **5–6 photorealistic final images** * High-resolution files suitable for sales material and websites * **2 rounds of revisions** * Delivery of the **editable 3D source model** after completion Accuracy is important. The final visualizations must correspond to the architectural drawings, particularly regarding room dimensions, roof geometry, windows, chimneys and structural elements. ### Long-term cooperation This is not intended to be a one-off assignment. We are looking for a **reliable long-term visualization partner** who can handle multiple projects per year. Once we establish our preferred visual style and workflow, we want future projects to be efficient and require limited supervision.
