T-shirt graphic designer

Overview Seeking an experienced apparel graphic designer to elevate an existing T-shirt design (for blanks), create realistic product mock-ups, and build a supplier-ready tech pack for accurate manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Design & Elevation: Review current concept, place a graphic on the back of the sleeve/arm, and offer expert creative suggestions to amplify overall visual impact. Tech Pack Creation: Produce a clear, concise tech pack (placement, dimensions, color specs) for direct handoff to garment manufacturers. Mock-ups: Deliver clean digital mock-ups illustrating design placement on a standard T-shirt. Project Details & Terms Revisions: Up to 3 revision rounds (primarily focusing on text/copy adjustments). Deliverables: Final high-res vector files, mock-ups, and supplier tech pack.
