AI talent / AI builder (Has experience setting up AI automations/ systems for E-com brands)

We're looking for an AI builder to automate the backbone of an eight-figure brand. Not someone who "knows about AI." Someone who has actually built AI systems for e-commerce brands and can show us. Quick intro: we're Tryluminco, a hair loss e-commerce brand running on Shopify. We're doing eight figures a year. Feel free to check the brand out before you apply. We're at the point where the next level of growth comes from smarter systems, not more people. That's what this role is about. What we've already built We're not starting from zero. We already built an internal system for our creative team. Every creative gets assigned, tracked and moved through the pipeline from brief to video editor to done, and we can see the progress of everything. It works, but we know it can be much better, and we want AI doing more of the heavy lifting inside it. What we want you to build - Improve our creative workflow system. Take what we have and make it smarter. Think AI helping with assigning, prioritizing, flagging bottlenecks, and speeding up the whole pipeline from idea to finished video. - AI inventory management. We have our supply chain running, but we want an AI-powered system on top of it. Forecasting, reorder points, stock alerts, so we never run out and never over-order. - An ad learning system. A system that looks at our top ads, pulls the data out, and turns it into learnings. What's working, why it's working, and what we should make next. Data in, insights out, automatically. That's the starting list. If you're good, you'll find ten more things to build once you're inside. Who we want - You've done this before for e-commerce brands. This is mandatory. You've built AI systems, automations and internal tools for stores like ours, and you can walk us through them. - You're super talented and super hungry. You take pride in building things that actually get used every day. - You follow the latest AI trends closely. New models, new tools, new workflows. When something better comes out, you're already testing it. - You're adaptable and open to learning. AI changes every month. So do we. - You want long-term. This is not a one-off project.
