technical analysis platform : StockMarket

I’m looking for a developer to build a technical-analysis module for our stock-market platform, Equifiz dot com, breakoutscanner dot com bananapatterns dot com tradingview dot com The system should: * Automatically scan the Indian stock market across a large universe of stocks. * Ingest and maintain historical OHLCV market data. * Identify predefined chart patterns, bases, breakouts and breakdowns using objective rules. * Automatically detect and record every qualifying setup. * Track the outcome of each setup — successful, failed or still active. * Backtest patterns over historical data and show success rates, returns and other performance statistics. * Allow users to search individual stocks and view detected setups and historical occurrences on charts. * Provide an interactive dashboard for scanning, filtering and analysing setups. * Have a modular pattern/rules engine so we can continuously add new patterns and strategies. I’m looking for someone who can build this end-to-end — data pipeline, pattern detection/scanning engine, backtesting, database, APIs and frontend — as a module within Equifiz Have you built something similar before? If yes, please share relevant examples and give me an approximate timeline and cost for an MVP.
