QA tester long term

Experienced QA Tester, Long-Term Position We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. The offered price for this Upwork contract represents a monthly fee based on a 40-hour workweek. What we're looking for Proven experience in software QA and testing Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs Experience with manual testing of web applications Ability to create clear and useful bug reports, including reproduction steps, expected behavior, and actual behavior Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of QA tasks Fluent spoken and written English English requirement Good English is important for this position. You must be comfortable communicating verbally in English during calls and meetings, not only through written chat. You should be able to clearly explain bugs, discuss requirements, ask questions, and communicate with developers and other team members in English. Responsibilities You will be responsible for testing new and existing functionality, identifying bugs and inconsistencies, reproducing reported issues, documenting findings, and working closely with the development team to ensure releases meet our quality standards. We are looking for someone who is thorough, dependable, proactive, and comfortable speaking up when something doesn't look right.
