US trademark attorney needed — §1(b) filing, 2 classes (flat fee)

I need a US trademark attorney for a straightforward intent-to-use application. Small, well-defined scope, flat fee. The work: — One word mark, two classes: Cl. 21 (ceramic tableware and teaware, vases, decorative ceramic sculptures) and Cl. 35 (online retail store services for the same goods). — Knockout/clearance search first, then §1(b) filing if it comes back clear. — The applicant is a foreign company, so US counsel representation is required. — There's one descriptiveness question I'd like your professional read on. I'll explain once we're engaged. I'll share the mark itself after we agree terms — not before filing. Please don't ask for it in your proposal. In your proposal, please include: 1. Flat fee, with your fees and USPTO fees listed separately, and USPTO fees broken out per class. 2. Whether office action responses are included or billed separately — please be explicit. 3.
