I am looking for someone with access to lead generation databases for the purpose of building lead lists according to the guidelines and parameters provided, and to update lead lists I provide with current contact information. I will provide the job titles or roles, names of the organizations, and locations (if applicable), as well as the spreadsheet templates you will need to enter and submit for upload into CRMs. I will also provide feedback to help you identify the proper contacts. You will need access to lead generation tools (databases like zoom info, salesforce sales navigator, etc.) and have the ability to learn and understand the roles of the prospects well enough to provide market ready lists. The focus is on quality versus quantity and the expectation is that there will be a slight learning curve in the beginning.

The prospects you will source will be in mid to large organizations that file utility patents, the specific roles will be in the legal departments (most often) with titles such as "Patent Paralegal", "Patent Agent". "Patent Attorney", "Patent Licensing", etc although "Patent" may not always be included in their title. You will need to use LinkedIn or Google searches sometimes to help identify the proper prospects and then leverage your lead generation database to source their contact information. This is a helpful practice when the titles are broad or too general.
