I help founders and service firms generate qualified, consultation-ready leads. Behind that are clean systems that filter intent and turn interest into real conversations. 👋 Who I Work With I work best with: • Founders building or validating an MVP • Service firms that sell through consultations • Immigration, education, and other high-trust businesses • Teams replacing spreadsheets and manual workflows • Operators who care about lead quality, not vanity metrics If you value structure, clarity, and long-term usability, we will work well together. 🧠 What I Help You Build Depending on where your bottleneck is, I help with: • No-code MVPs and internal business tools • Custom CRMs and workflow systems • Client portals and admin dashboards • Lead generation systems for consultation-led services • Funnels that qualify leads before they reach your team • Automation between ads, forms, CRM, and follow-ups Everything is designed around how your business actually runs, not how a tool demo looks. ⚙️ How I Work Most projects fail because people jump straight into tools. My approach is simple and deliberate: • Understand your workflow, numbers, and constraints • Design systems around logic and data flow • Build only what is needed, nothing fragile • Filter low-intent leads before they waste your time • Document and hand over cleanly I will tell you when something should not be built. I will also tell you when expectations do not match reality. ⭐ Why Clients Hire Me • I think like an operator, not a freelancer • I care about lead quality and usability, not surface metrics • I work comfortably in regulated and high-trust industries • I communicate clearly and set realistic expectations • I build things that your team can actually run You are not hiring someone to “set things up”. You are hiring someone to help your business function better. 📩 What Happens Next When you message me, expect: • Clear questions about your goals and workflow • Honest feedback on feasibility and scope • A realistic plan, not overpromising • Direct communication throughout If you have an idea, a broken system, or a growth problem you want solved properly, send me a message and explain what you are trying to achieve.

Most Shopify email flows are cookie cutter. Same welcome series, same cart reminder, same three-email sequence a freelancer has built forty times before and pasted into another account. It technically works, which is the problem, because it earns just enough that nobody questions it. If your flows were set up like that, or set up once at launch and left alone since, they were never built around your customers. That's usually where the missing revenue is. A full set of flows built properly for the brand adds 15-20% to monthly revenue, and it keeps doing it every month in the background. Since 2022 I've built email automations for 75+ ecommerce brands, and email usually ends up driving 25-40% of total revenue by the time the build is finished. Here's what's different about how I build them. 1- Psychology mapping before anything gets written Before a single email exists, I map your customer journey and the psychology behind it. Why people buy from you specifically, what they're worried about at each stage, what they need to hear at the moment they're deciding. The flows get built from that map. That's the difference between an email that sounds like your brand talking to your customer, and one that sounds like a template with your logo on it. 2- Every email is split tested from inception Not tested later once something looks off. Tested from the day it goes live. Every email in every flow launches as two versions, so you get two sets of data per email instead of one, and you learn twice as fast from the start rather than hoping it pans out and checking in six months. You also get access to a split testing tracker I built, kept updated with everything you learn about your list. Whether your buyers open at 7am or 7pm, which day converts, which subject line angle works, which offer structure they respond to. It's yours to keep, and it stays useful long after the build is done. 3- The flows themselves - Welcome and lead nurture: turns new subscribers into first-time buyers instead of leaving them to go cold - Abandoned cart and abandoned checkout: recovers the orders that nearly happened - Browse and site abandonment: catches the people who looked at a product and left without adding it to cart - Post purchase: turns a first order into a second one, instead of going quiet after the receipt - Cross sell and replenishment: brings people back at the point they're due to reorder or ready for the next product - Winback: turns lapsed customers back into buying customers before they're gone for good - Sunset: quietly retires the contacts who are never coming back, so your deliverability and your Klaviyo bill both stay healthy 4- Everything underneath it, done properly - Deliverability testing and improvements - A dedicated sending domain set up properly, so your reputation is yours and not shared with whoever else is on the pool - List cleaning, so you stop paying to email people who will never open again - Segmentation built around how your customers actually behave - Signup forms designed for mobile and desktop - Flow backend configuration, triggers, filters and timing set up rather than left on defaults - Automated analytics and reporting, so you can see what each flow is earning without asking anyone - SMS setup alongside email 5- What it's done for other brands - Blue Horizon: email went from 5% to 30% of revenue in 90 days, adding £55k - Dr. Shiba: 110% increase in email revenue in 120 days - Vilros: an extra $101k in a single month You get the whole account built, and you keep it. Strategy, copy, design and implementation, live in your Klaviyo account. No ongoing commitment. The rate shown is a baseline. Scope varies a lot between brands, and most work out to a fixed project price once I know what's involved. This isn't a fit if you're pre-launch or still working out whether the product sells. Flows compound on traffic that already exists. Message me with what's currently running and what isn't, and I'll give you a straight read on whether we're a fit before anything else. Speak soon! I craft bespoke, lightweight, Google-friendly websites that are built to convert traffic into leads or sales. Put your website to work. Generate more traffic, improve page conversion rates and grow your business. Level up your website and rank higher on Google with my help. My 4 step process: 1. Free collaborative discovery call. Discuss your project with me in detail, decide on must-haves and listen to professional suggestions for the most cost-effective ways to reach your website goals. 2. Site wireframing in Figma. View a light wireframe of your proposed website so you can better understand how information will be displayed on your website, and how your website visitors will reach the information they are looking for. 3. Low-to-high fidelity design. Once the foundations of your design are established, it's time to start styling it to match your brand and populating content blocks with the information you want to feed to your website visitors. At each milestone, you will be able to submit feedback and request design changes to ensure your site has everything you want to have. 4. Development in Webflow. I will develop a fully responsive website in webflow, based on the approved designs. Everything will be developed to best practices, ensuring you have a lightning fast site that works for your customers and is easily discovered on Google.

I act as a critical friend and trusted advisor to organisations that need independent, senior-level support in engaging stakeholders, shaping strategy, and developing new business opportunities across the UK and overseas. Based in Manchester, UK, the majority of my work is delivered remotely, allowing me to support clients internationally while bridging both geography and time zones. This flexibility allows me to dedicate focused 2–5 hour blocks per day to provide timely insight and support wherever you are. I first began working in China in 1997 and have built a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges of its business culture and environment. Many of my UK and European clients rely on me to contextualise and develop their strategic plans when entering or expanding in China. Whether it is identifying supply chains, evaluating distribution partners, or navigating sensitive cultural dynamics, I make my network and experience available to my clients. With over 20 years’ experience in international consulting, I combine board-level perspective with hands-on support. My role is often to stand alongside leadership teams as a sounding board — asking the difficult questions, testing assumptions, and ensuring programmes remain aligned with strategy, governance, and stakeholder expectations. Core Expertise: - Senior stakeholder engagement & facilitation - Strategic management & programme assurance - Governance frameworks & decision-making processes - Business development & market entry support - Independent reporting for boards and steering groups - China market insight, supply chain identification, and partner development What Clients Value: - Independence - constructive challenge that helps leaders act in line with their better angels, balancing commercial pressures with what is right for clients, staff, and the wider ecosystem. - Ability to engage confidently with boards, investors, regulators, and government stakeholders. - Clear, evidence-based analysis distilled into concise reports for senior audiences. - A long track record of delivering insight and enabling growth across the UK, Europe, and China. If you are looking for a fractional consultant who can strengthen stakeholder engagement, support business development, and provide impartial insight - while also helping you navigate the complexities of doing business internationally, particularly in China - I’d be glad to support your project.
