It is your responsibility to verify loads and structural integrity through a lumberyard, truss company and/or a structural engineer. I do my best to research and design to code, but all federal, state and local codes shall supercede any drawing I provide and I hold no liability for the results of not being to code. On a personal note, I run a successful staging business. But with a slower real estate market every fall and winter, I've decided to take on some AutoCAD work, which I absolutely love doing. My love for it was rekindled when my brother-in-law, who runs a multi-million dollar home building business, asked me to help him with AutoCad drawings.
