I manage Plentymarkets operations at scale for eCommerce brands selling across OTTO, Kaufland, Amazon, and other DACH marketplaces. Currently handling 10,000+ SKUs across five active marketplaces, I take ownership of the full operational layer, from integrations and product data to automation and daily system stability. I specialize in the areas most setups struggle with: fixing broken integrations, building reliable export systems, and ensuring stock, pricing, and listings sync correctly across all channels. My work goes beyond standard listing tasks. I handle complex Plentymarkets infrastructure, including Elastic Export architecture, SFTP-based automations, Properties, Event Actions, Shipping Centre workflows, and large-scale product data pipelines via Google Sheets. I can also step into the customer-facing side when needed, managing marketplace messages, returns, and post-sale issues across Marketplaces. Before this, I managed 800+ listings in PrestaShop for a Swiss retailer, exporting to nine marketplaces via Channable: Amazon, Zalando, OTTO, Kaufland, Bol, Allegro, Cdiscount, Galaxus, and MediaMarkt.
