Zero platform reviews, I won't pretend otherwise. But I've been building CRM and outbound systems long enough to know that most automation problems come down to the same 3 things. And I've solved all three. First client on here gets my full attention, not a templated workflow. Let me be straight with you. Most outbound problems aren't really outbound problems. They're systems problems. Bad data gets passed to the wrong people, sequences break because nothing's talking to each other, and follow-ups fall through the cracks because there's no automation holding it together. The pipeline looks empty but nobody actually knows why. That's the loop I break. I build outbound and CRM automation systems using n8n, Make, and Zapier. Clean, connected workflows that take the manual work out of your outreach and give you actual visibility into what's happening at every stage. Here's what that's looked like in practice: → A recruitment firm went from scattered outreach to 20 placements in 55 days after rebuilding their outbound system from scratch → A healthcare AI company added 2 new partners in 60 days without adding headcount → A SaaS business closed 5 new clients in 48 days off the back of a sequenced, automated outreach flow → Recruitment clients have seen $100K+ revenue added in a single quarter after fixing the gaps in their pipeline automation → An industrial automation business added $85K in revenue in under 60 days after cleaning up their outbound process These weren't magic. They were just systems that actually worked. Leads coming in clean, outreach going out consistently, follow-ups happening automatically, and nothing falling through the cracks. THE 3 THINGS I ACTUALLY FIX ⚙️ BAD DATA + WRONG LEADS Garbage in, garbage out. If your list isn't clean and targeted, nothing downstream works. I fix the source before building anything on top of it. TOOL OVERLOAD + BROKEN SEQUENCES Most teams have the tools. They just aren't connected properly. I build the integration layer so your outreach actually fires the way it's supposed to. NO FOLLOW-UP SYSTEM + NO PIPELINE VISIBILITY If follow-ups depend on someone remembering to do them, they're not happening consistently. I automate the touchpoints and wire up the reporting so you can actually see what's working. WHO I WORK WELL WITH 🎯 Recruitment agencies tired of chasing candidates manually. E-commerce brands losing repeat customers because their post-purchase follow-up is basically non-existent. SaaS and B2B teams with a solid product but a leaky outbound process. Healthcare and professional services firms trying to land partners or clients without a full sales team. And honestly, if you're running any kind of operation where outreach matters and the current process lives inside someone's head or a messy spreadsheet, we'll probably get along fine. The common thread isn't the industry. It's the problem. Manual, inconsistent, untracked outreach that's costing you deals you don't even know you're losing. TOOLS I WORK WITH 🛠️ n8n · Make · Zapier · HubSpot · GoHighLevel · Apollo · Instantly · Clay · Airtable · Notion · REST APIs · Webhooks New to Upwork. Not new to this. If you want to talk through what your outbound looks like right now, send me a message. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and what it would take.

When information is being copied between email, spreadsheets, and several SaaS tools, I turn that process into an integration. I use Python or FastAPI when the workflow needs custom logic, and n8n, Make, or Zapier when a managed workflow is the cleaner option. I account for duplicate webhooks, expired access tokens, API limits, partial failures, and changes in source data. Validation, retries, logs, and recovery steps are included when the automation will be relied on every day. I regularly handle: • CRM, finance, scheduling, email, and messaging integrations • REST, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0, and webhook development • Python or FastAPI middleware between products • n8n, Make, and Zapier workflows with validation and retries • Data synchronization, document processing, and notifications • Monitoring, audit logs, and recovery paths for failed runs For Google Reserve, I connected a booking platform with Google Search and Maps. The integration covered merchant details, services, availability, bookings, changes, and cancellations. I also handled sandbox testing and consistency checks so that updates made in either system remained accurate in the other. I built a separate call-review workflow for an eight-person sales team that reviews roughly 120 to 150 calls each week. Fathom transcripts move through an OpenAI evaluation flow and return structured coaching feedback. My work included the Fathom and Zapier connections, configurable prompts, scoring rubrics, role-based access, and reporting. Calendyze is built around Google Calendar and meeting-cost data. It uses OAuth, a Chrome extension, and Zapier to track events, preserve history when meetings are deleted, and show cost data inside the calendar. I worked through recurring events, overlapping meetings, RSVP states, and proposed time changes so the history and calculations stayed accurate. My usual tools are Python, FastAPI, Node.js, n8n, Make, Zapier, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS Lambda, SQS, and Docker. I can start from API documentation, an existing workflow, or a screen recording of the manual process. To estimate the work, I need to know which systems are involved, what starts the process, which fields move between them, and what should happen when a step fails. From there I can map the workflow and point out the areas most likely to cause trouble.
