I design around real DFM constraints — 0402/0603 minimums, no BGA or hand-soldered parts when the job calls for full SMT assembly, and I flag stock/availability risk on every BOM line before it becomes your problem.

Full mechanical design and 3D modeling in SolidWorks, including enclosures and housings built to fit the electronics I design, mechanical tolerancing, mesh repair, and watertight geometry cleanup for 3D printing. I prepare STL files for prototyping and coordinate STEP exports between electrical and mechanical teams. Because I design both the PCB and its enclosure, I catch fit, clearance, and thermal issues at the design stage instead of after the first prototype comes back wrong something that happens often when electrical and mechanical design are handled by two separate people who never see each other's files.
