Group Integrator – Business Transformation & AI Scale

# We are looking for someone who understands **how businesses actually run**. You may have worked with **EOS, business transformation, scaling frameworks, operational excellence, private equity, consulting, or multi-business environments**. You understand accountability, scorecards, meetings, people, process, priorities, cash flow, execution and what it actually takes to scale a business. But there is one major difference. **It is 2026, and the playbook has changed.** AI has changed the speed at which companies can build, analyse, communicate, automate and execute. At one extreme, there are experienced business operators still trying to run companies using a 2020 operating model. At the other extreme, there are people with AI tools and a laptop telling businesses how to operate despite never having actually run one. We believe the opportunity sits directly in the middle. **Real business principles + AI leverage.** That is what we are building. ## The Role We are looking for a **Group Integrator** who can help turn strategy into execution across a growing group of businesses. Think of this as a modern version of an EOS Integrator or Group COO-style execution role, but operating inside an **AI-native organisation**. You will work with leadership to make sure: * priorities become actions * actions have owners * owners are accountable * meetings produce decisions * decisions actually get implemented * KPIs are visible * bottlenecks are identified * systems are documented * business units operate consistently * AI agents are being used properly * automation removes unnecessary administration * leadership is not becoming the bottleneck * good business principles are retained while AI increases the speed of execution We are not looking for someone obsessed with AI for the sake of AI. We want someone who understands that **AI is leverage, not the business itself.** Customers still matter. Sales still matter. Margins still matter. Cash flow still matters. Accountability still matters. Leadership still matters. Execution still matters. The difference is that AI now allows all of those things to happen at a completely different speed and scale. ## Who This Role May Suit You may have previously been: * an EOS Integrator * COO * Chief of Staff * Business Transformation Manager * Operations Director * Management Consultant * Private Equity operating partner * multi-site business operator * franchise operations leader * business improvement specialist * systems and process leader You might also be someone who has spent 10, 15 or 20 years learning how businesses operate and has suddenly realised the traditional corporate world is changing very quickly. If that is you, we are interested. You do **not** need to arrive as an AI expert. We can give you access to the AI systems, agents, tools and people around you. What we cannot easily teach is: * commercial judgment * operational discipline * accountability * leadership * pattern recognition * understanding people * knowing why businesses succeed or fail * knowing when something that looks good on a dashboard will not work in the real world ## What We Are Building We are building a group where humans and AI agents work together. Our intention is not to replace experienced operators. It is to give experienced operators significantly more leverage. Instead of one person managing six direct reports, the future may involve that person coordinating people, AI agents, dashboards, workflows and automated systems across a much wider operating span. We want to build that model properly. Not theoretically. Inside real operating businesses. ## What We Need From You We want someone who can walk into complexity and create order.
