Accountant / CPA

We're a looking for a reliable CPA/accountant to take over our monthly bookkeeping. This is a low-volume, low-complexity account: we have a small client roster and a small internal team, so invoicing and payroll are minimal each month. This is not a high-transaction-volume business, we need someone efficient who won't over-scope the work. What you'll handle monthly: Client invoicing (small number of invoices) Payroll processing for a small internal team Bookkeeping / transaction categorization and reconciliation Basic monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet) Ensuring quarterly/annual tax filings stay on track (or coordinating with our tax preparer if that's separate from your scope) What we're looking for: CPA or equivalent accounting credential/experience Comfortable working with a small agency's books (not looking for enterprise-level overhead) Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (or similar) Responsive and organized — able to turn around monthly close within a few days Prior experience supporting small agencies or service businesses is a plus Please include your typical monthly rate for an account of this size (small client pool, small staff, minimal invoicing/payroll) in your application.
