Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and supplier payments while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls. This role serves as a key partner to Procurement, Accounting, and business stakeholders by maintaining strong vendor relationships, resolving payment issues, and supporting efficient procure-to-pay operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accounts Payable Processing Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper approval. Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documentation, and invoices when applicable. Verify appropriate expense coding and supporting documentation. Monitor invoice workflows to ensure timely approvals and payment processing. Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check payments.
