Looking to add an addition to the back of my house in Huntersville, NC and I need some designs / blueprints to present to my homeowners association board in addition to final permit and construction ready designs with applicable codes for Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Details are below: Extenuating home measurements: length end to end is 50’. New slab: 43 x 50 slab out of which 23 x 43 is 6” for extension and 20 x 43 regular 4” for patio Sunroom size - 22’ x 23’ - add as many sliding doors and windows as possible Master bedroom with walk in closet, bathroom / walk in shower and laundry room - 30 x 23’ The attached drawings by AI are for ideas only but they don’t have accurate dimensions.
