Admin Assistant

We are a fast growing investment banking firm seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to lead and oversee our HR function on a full time basis. This role is ideal for a HR professional who has experience building HR structure, managing high-volume hiring, supporting leadership, improving onboarding processes, handling employee relations, and creating scalable HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities may include managing recruiting strategy, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, advising leadership on HR matters, improving employee and contractor processes, supporting performance management, handling sensitive personnel matters, and ensuring HR best practices are followed across the firm. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Human Resource. Experience in financial services, investment banking, professional services, or a fast-paced sales-driven organization is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is strategic, highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work closely with executive leadership in a fast growing environment. This is a full time role. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm central time united states Pay $6,000 a month salary. Please apply with experience.
