Apparel technical designer: own the fit of a sherpa lounge pant through PP approval

I run bearpants, a small LA loungewear brand relaunching this fall. High-pile sherpa fleece lounge pants, a men's and a women's cut, about 1,100 units in the first run. Samples are being cut in China now and land in early September. The concept and tech pack are done. I need a technical designer who knows knit bottoms to own fit and construction with me through PP approval: - This week: sanity-check the factory's block measurements before they cut - Early September: fit review on real bodies. Rise and crotch curve, diamond gusset dimensions, waistband and drawcord channel, cuff taper, and what the pile does to all of it - Then: spec the corrections and approve the PP sample 15 to 25 hours total. Remote is fine; LA is a bonus for in-person fittings. We start with a paid 2-hour tech pack review so we both see if it's a fit before committing to more. One question in your proposal, and it is how I filter: on a 260 to 300gsm high-pile pant, what does the pile do to my seam allowances, and what would you look at first on the rise or gusset? A real fit person can answer from memory. If the answer is generic, I'll pass.
