What counts as a confirmed booking The owner or lead injector, by name, has agreed to a specific time within the next 14 days. I have their direct email. They've accepted my calendar invite or confirmed in writing. You get me the name, direct email, and agreed time. I send the invite. A verbal yes relayed to me is not a booking. You send a reminder the day before. If a confirmed meeting no-shows, you can rebook it once and still earn the held fee. Scope First batch is 30 clinics from a list I've already researched, with names, numbers, and lead injectors identified. Capped at 5 bookings, so the trial maxes out at $700.
