Summary

We’re currently looking for a Architect in Boston Cambridge to prepare an existing condition drawing with field verification and documentation of the existing layout. The scope would include a fully dimensioned floor plan showing the layout of the space, including visible existing conditions such as partitions, plumbing fixtures, reflected ceiling plan (RCP), mechanical equipment, electrical panels, and any other observable elements typically included in an existing condition drawing set.
