Summary

Hello. we are planning to change our attic into a bedroom. need standard US based architectural design floor plan which can be submitted to HOA (homeowner association / colony association ) for hoa approval. Dimensions - 20 ft by 20ft Since its an attic we need straight walls up to the maximum height on the right and the left side of the walls. The mid highest elevation is estimated 10 ft. Need a architectural blue print that includes elevation drawings, list of materials.
