We are an established B2B data and marketing agency looking to bring on a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to manage outbound appointment setting. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: This contract is structured entirely on a pay-per-performance / commission milestone basis. • Base Project Milestone Payout: $300.00 funded and released per closed client contract. • Recurring Monthly Bonus: $100.00 per month for every month the client remains on retainer. THE OPPORTUNITY: We sell localized, premium "Motivated Seller" data engines to real estate investors and corporate buyers for a flat fee of $1,500/month. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Leverage digital professional platforms (LinkedIn, targeted groups) to find active real estate investors. • Conduct text-based outbound outreach using our provided "Free Sample Data" scripts. • Guide qualified prospects to schedule a brief strategy call on our scheduling link. REQUIREMENTS: • Professional written communication skills. • Strong familiarity with B2B lead generation tactics. • Ability to work independently on a pure project-milestone basis.
