B2B Sales & Lead Generation Audit + Strategy for Construction Staffing Startup

We are Remotation, an Employer of Record (EOR) staffing company serving US civil engineering and construction firms. We place offshore engineers, CAD drafters, BIM specialists, and other AEC professionals with US-based construction companies. We currently have a cold calling and email outreach operation in place but want to optimize our process and improve results. We need an expert to audit our strategy and execution, then help us scale effectively. What we need you to do: Audit our current cold calling process (review scripts, call recordings, SDR approach) Review our target list and ideal customer profile Identify optimization opportunities and bottlenecks Provide a corrective action and improvement plan Help implement fixes You should have: Proven experience with B2B lead generation and cold outreach optimization Track record of improving conversion rates and response rates Portfolio/case studies showing results Experience with construction, staffing, or recruiting industries (preferred but not required) Ability to provide direct, actionable feedback
